Job summary

Women's Health Clinic is seeking a Clinic Surgical Scheduler to coordinate high‑volume surgeries, tests, and pre‑op procedures in outpatient/inpatient settings. The role ensures medical necessity checks and prior authorizations where required, and serves as a liaison among the office, procedural area, and patients.

You will handle referrals, manage patient demographics and insurance information, and perform related clerical duties as directed by the Clinic Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in scheduling or medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high volume of surgeries coordinating tests and pre‑op procedures.
• Check medical necessity of procedures and tests; perform prior authorization as required.
• Serve as liaison between the office, procedural area and the patient.
