• Schedules surgical procedures using ORSOS and/or Word.
• Answers phones professionally.
• Performs timely post-op data entry.
• Generates bi-monthly statistics reports.
• Posts daily surgical charges per guidelines.
• Distributes daily surgical schedule and logs.
• Maintains departmental filing and mail.
• Orders office supplies.
• Coordinates with hospital departments for special needs.
• Publishes daily call list for staffing.
