We are seeking an organized scheduler with 1–3 years in healthcare scheduling, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), Spanish/English bilinguality a plus, and reliable transportation to join our on-site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in healthcare scheduling or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant certification a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures per physician and coordinate with teams.
• Obtain and monitor necessary authorizations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Respond to scheduling changes promptly and accurately.
• Balance workload and work independently or in a team.
• Coordinate resources (Anesthesia, Radiology, Equipment).
• Work with EMR to navigate appointments and clearances.
• Maintain relationships with surgical facilities and CPT/ICD coding.
• Obtain medical clearances, blood work, and imaging as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
