Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Surgical Scheduler for St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA.

The role involves obtaining patient and insurance information, scheduling procedures, and communicating with physicians, staff, and billing departments to ensure timely care. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of scheduling or related experience, with a focus on accurate information gathering and patient communication.

Position Purpose

Obtains complete patient and insurance information to appropriately schedule patient testing. Interacts daily with physician offices and various departments within the Medical Center to ensure that patients receive services in a timely fashion.
