NYC Joint & Spine Center in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Registration Specialist / Surgical Scheduler to coordinate perioperative scheduling and patient registration. You will serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical teams while maintaining a professional, patient-centered environment.

Full-time position with Monday–Friday hours; requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare or surgical scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows–based systems and scheduling/registration platforms.
• Current BLS certification

Responsabilidades

• Schedule surgical procedures and preoperative appointments according to physician availability and equipment needs.
• Register patients accurately, verifying demographics and insurance.
• Collect copayments and input patient information into scheduling systems.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate front desk and reception activities to support center operations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
