Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties, including cross-training and ensuring timely coverage.
• Process referrals and proactively contact patients to schedule appointments.
• Schedule consults and procedures; collect and update demographics and insurance information.
• Confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Use EMR systems and Patient Tracker to align provider availability with patient needs.
• Verify insurance and coordinate with billing; prepare required reports.
