Job summary

USPI Foundation Surgical Hospital of San Antonio is seeking a motivated Scheduler to join our team. You will coordinate with physician offices and patients to schedule appointments accurately and promptly, while maintaining courteous service and minimizing wait times.

You will educate patients and families about procedures, support operations across orthopedic and spine services, and help deliver high-quality ambulatory care. Strong interpersonal skills and reliable scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• CPR Certification
• Proficient typing/ keyboarding skills
• One year of experience in a hospital or customer service setting
• Cooperative work attitude toward co-employees, management, patients, visitors, and physicians
• Ability to promote favorable facility image with physicians, patients, insurance companies, and general public
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Preferred Imaging experience and knowledge
