Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures, pre-operative and follow-up appointments.
• Verify insurance and collect necessary documentation.
• Maintain weekly surgical log and ensure patient data accuracy.
• Communicate with patients, physicians and staff to resolve scheduling issues.
• Prepare and distribute necessary paperwork to radiology and departments ahead of appointments.
• Assist with front desk coverage and general office duties.
