Job summary

• Verifies insurance and pre-certifications; updates charts and demographics; handles calls and messaging.
• Collaborates with surgical scheduling team, clinics and departments; promotes positive patient experience.
• Prioritizes and organizes daily assignments; participates in daily huddles and team meetings.
