Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• 0-3+ years successful sales experience in medical device or healthcare.
• 2+ years clinical case coverage experience alternatively acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of competitive, results-driven sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and laptop computers.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical value discussions with surgeons and decision-makers.
• Deliver hands-on training and in-services to OR staff and clinical personnel.
• Support safe product use before, during, and after surgical procedures.
