Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products across a defined region, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and administrators to ensure proper device use and patient outcomes.

The TM will lead demonstrations, troubleshoot, respond to product inquiries, and stay current with safety standards while supporting training and ongoing clinical relationships within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment or medical instrument sales.
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Operating room experience is desirable.
• Ability to build relationships with surgeons and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales plans to achieve forecast objectives.
• Conduct sales calls and make presentations to surgeons and healthcare staff.
• Provide in-field training and promotional programs for regional customers.
• Travel within assigned accounts and attend meetings and conventions.
• Support product demonstrations and address regulatory requirements.
