Job summary

Hologic is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products, drive sales in a defined region, and support clinical teams during procedures. You will build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, ongoing product education, and close collaboration with clinical teams to optimize outcomes and drive continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• 1-2+ years selling into an Operating Room environment.
• Experience in capital equipment or medical instrument sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a strategic territory sales plan; including budgets and objectives.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff and administrators to achieve sales goals.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support during operations and post-sale service.
• Travel daily within assigned accounts with possible overnight stays and regional travel.
• Attend corporate trainings, sales meetings, and develop in-field training materials.
