Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the OR business unit within the assigned region. The role involves making sales calls to surgeons, operating room leadership, and related staff to grow sales and meet regional goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 0-2 years of sales experience, and the ability to travel about 50% of each month. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Entry Level 0-2 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably within hospital/OR.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% in any given month.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, operating room management, nursing, and administration.
• Explain benefits of CooperSurgical products in surgical practice.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports for Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute sales plan to achieve region goals and objectives.
• Complete training requirements and demonstrate competency in product knowledge.
