Job summary

CooperSurgical in the United States is seeking a field sales professional to partner with surgeons, OR managers, and nursing staff to drive adoption of our fertility and women’s health devices.

You will plan territory sales, compile reports, complete product trainings, and travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of hospital/OR sales experience are expected; valid driver’s license required. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably within hospital/OR environment.
• The individual must be able to grow sales in previous positions.
• The candidate should have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, operating room management, and nursing/admin staff.
• Communicate benefits of CooperSurgical products for surgical practice and OR.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports for Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute sales plan to meet territory goals and objectives.
• Complete product training and demonstrate competency in product use and maintenance.
