Job summary

CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, is recruiting for a sales role in the United States. You will call on surgeons and OR staff, demonstrating product benefits and executing a territorial sales plan.

The position requires 1–3 years of sales experience, valid driver’s license, and ongoing product certification. The role offers a comprehensive compensation package with medical coverage, a 401(k), parental leave, fertility benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably in hospital/OR environment.
• Proven ability to grow sales in previous positions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, operating room staff, nursing and administration.
• Explain benefits of CooperSurgical products to target professionals.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute sales plan to meet territory goals.
• Complete training on products and applications; pass examinations demonstrating competency.
• Maintain up-to-date certification in Operating Room Protocol, Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA as directed.
• Travel within territory as needed and work independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
