Job summary

CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company. We are seeking a field-based sales professional in the United States to drive growth in the operating room and surgical settings, calling on surgeons, OR managers, and nursing staff, while communicating the benefits of CooperSurgical products in daily practice.

You will compile weekly and monthly sales reports for your Regional Manager, execute your territory plan to meet goals, complete product training and certifications,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience.
• Experience in hospital/OR environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, OR management, and nursing/admin staff.
• Communicate benefits of CooperSurgical products to professionals in their surgical practice and/or OR.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports for Regional Manager in a timely fashion.
• Plan and execute the sales plan to achieve sales and business goals within the territory.
• Complete training requirements and demonstrate competency in products, applications, and maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date certification of training in OR Protocol, Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA as directed.
• Willingness to travel and work independently within territory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
