Baptist Health (Jacksonville) is hiring a Surgical Posting Coordinator for Baptist Beaches in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This full-time day-shift role supports scheduling and coordinating surgical cases and pre-surgical preparations.

Responsibilities include working with the OR team, obtaining necessary authorizations, and ensuring patients are properly prepared for surgery. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED.

Referrals Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Scheduling surgical cases.
• Working closely with our OR team with scheduling surgeries, ordering any applicable supplies, and assisting with the coordination of care with the patient.

Experience Requirements:

• Two Years Experience in a Medical Facility Required
• Two Years Surgical Experience Preferred
• Two Years Knowledge of Medical Terminology Required

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
