This full-time daytime role operates Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, supporting scheduling of surgical cases and coordination with the OR team to ensure smooth pre-surgical processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in a medical facility, with surgical scheduling experience preferred and proven knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical cases.
• Coordinate with the OR team and schedule surgeries; order supplies as needed.

• Ensure insurance authorization and pre-surgical clearance are completed.
