Baptist Health is hiring a Surgical Posting Coordinator at Baptist Beaches, located in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

This is a full-time day-shift opportunity Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.

Referrals Coordinator Job Requirements

• Scheduling surgical cases.
• Working closely with our OR team with scheduling surgeries, ordering any applicable supplies, and assisting with the coordination of care with the patient.
• Consistently communicate with the patient and help to assure that all items prior to surgery such as insurance authorization, primary care clearance, and pre-surgical preparation are followed.

Experience Requirements

• Two Years Experience in a Medical Facility Required
• Two Years Surgical Experience Preferred
• Two Years Knowledge of Medical Terminology Required

Education & Credential Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
