Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's of Nursing with CPR/BLS certification and at least 1 year of OR or surgical-center experience, plus strong computer literacy and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on physical, emotional, and social health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings, setting goals and outlining interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting progress in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient care issues and ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
