Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a front desk associate for the Surgical Services area to ensure smooth patient flow on weekends. You will coordinate communications for the operating room, greet families, and support the charge nurse and surgeons.

This role requires high school diploma or GED, a course in medical terminology, and fast, accurate word processing (65 wpm). You will schedule cases, reconcile statistics, and maintain supplies in a high-stress hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of a medical terminology course or equivalent experience.
• Excellent word processing speed and accuracy (65 wpm).
• Strong communication with patients, families, surgeons, and staff.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.

Responsabilités
