Job summary

Applied Medical seeks a Regional Account Manager Associate to cover the Milwaukee/Madison area in Wisconsin. You will provide surgical case coverage, deliver clinical and technical expertise, and partner with district leadership to execute sales strategies.

The role requires a 4-year degree, healthcare or sales experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% across Wisconsin. Relocation may be needed if not currently based in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, healthcare, or clinical support.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across a district.
• Must live in the geographical location or be willing to relocate.
• 4 year degree required.
• Ability to learn complex medical terminology and surgical procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical case coverage across multiple accounts within the Wisconsin district.
• Serve as a district-wide resource to support case coverage needs.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff during live procedures.
• Partner with territory sales reps and district leadership to execute sales and service strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital admins.
• Maintain records of case activity and territory support using reporting tools.
• Travel extensively across Wisconsin to cover urgent case needs.
