KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support OR, SPD, and BioMed teams in a hospital setting in Durham, NC. The role involves hands-on service, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment readiness for procedures.

You will work closely with OR and Sterile Processing teams to resolve issues in real time and help healthcare professionals deliver exceptional patient care, with opportunities for growth across sales, training, and technical support within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across clinical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site support and expert service to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams to ensure seamless surgical operations.
• Set up, inspect, and troubleshoot video towers, camera systems, light sources, and other KARL STORZ technologies.
• Support surgical procedures by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues in real time.
• Coordinate repairs, exchanges, and service requests while maintaining visibility into equipment status and inventory.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, package, and inspect surgical instruments to ensure procedural readiness and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with hospital personnel by delivering exceptional service and technical support.
