Qualifications

• California RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Support Chief Nursing Officer in leading patient care teams to ensure safety, recovery and comfort using the nursing process.
• Contribute to quality improvement, staffing planning and department growth.
• Precept, validate competency of new hires, and teach nursing students.
• Coordinate care, communicate with staff, and implement interventions across units.
