Job summary

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS (and PALS where required) certifications per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Support Chief Nursing Officer and department leadership in quality improvement and service growth.
• Mentor and precept new hires and nursing students; ensure competency.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care after discharge.
