Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide on-site clinical product support to hospital staff and assist during surgical procedures. You will train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and prepare pre-operative scans for intra-operative guidance.

You will also document complaints per the quality system, cover cases at accounts, support the sales plan, and promote the clinical benefits of products while building strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years clinical experience.
• Background in clinical or sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff during procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and equipment.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and guidance.
• Submit complaint reports per quality system requirements.
• Maintain case coverage at accounts and support sales plans.
• Promote clinical benefits and build relationships with surgeons.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for devices used during procedures.
