• Expand Ethicon US, LLC product sales and convert competitors' products per policy.
• Support the assigned Area/Region in all sales activities and qualify for Account Executive role.
• Train to demonstrate proper use of products to healthcare providers in operating rooms.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally and ethically to move customers to action.
• Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.
• Manage customer questions and objections in line with training.
• Deliver sales presentations using current methods from training.
• Case Coverage to assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in ORs.
