Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated field sales professional to expand our surgical bunion solutions and support surgeons in the operating room. You will drive new business, maintain key accounts, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Travel up to 90% locally with overnight stays up to 20%, while collaborating with marketing and training teams to ensure surgeons are proficient with Treace products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Support surgeons in emergency/operating room environments for successful patient outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with surgeons and operating room personnel.
• Prospect and convert new customers from Treace's leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate, deliver, and coordinate product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric).
• Provide feedback to marketing on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
