Job summary

Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth by building relationships with surgeons and hospital systems, while delivering in-depth product training and support in OR settings.

You will become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical’s procedures, travel locally up to 90% with occasional overnights, and partner with marketing to refine products and experiences for customers. This role offers bonus potential and a pathway for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience.
• Willingness to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings.
• Foster Relationships: Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
