The role emphasizes growth through new relationships, training for surgeons, collaboration with marketing for product improvements, and maintaining strong accounts to expand market development while traveling up to 90% locally and overnight up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert on Treace Medical’s products and procedures for surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for growth by building new customer relationships, following up on leads, and driving conversions.
• Provide feedback to innovate by collaborating with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for excellence by planning, coordinating, and executing product training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on).
• Foster relationships with key accounts to grow sales and expand market development.
