Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support surgical and procedural services with implants, tissues, instrumentation, and supplies. You will liaise with clinical teams, vendors, sterile processing, and supply chain partners to ensure availability and readiness.

Responsibilities include initiating requisitions, maintaining inventory locations, tracking levels, and resolving shortages or delays. On-site work at 80 Blossom Street, Boston.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in materials management, inventory control, or procurement desired (2-3 years).
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and supply chain workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implant, tissue, instrumentation, and specialty product requests to support surgical and procedural case readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, vendors, sterile processing, and supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of supplies.
• Initiate and track requisitions for implants, tissues, instrumentation, and supplies.
• Maintain inventory locations, labeling, storage integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, par levels, and product utilization; escalate shortages or issues as needed.
• Resolve product/inventory issues affecting cases and coordinate back-order communications.
• Support inventory tracking, documentation, and reconciliation using inventory systems and RFID technology.
