Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's Degree Business preferred.
  • 3–5 years Inventory Control/Supply Chain Management experience; 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and leadership abilities; good time management and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute a cycle count schedule in compliance with corporate accounting objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of the inventory assets.
  • Investigate, identify, and reconcile cycle count discrepancies, including shortages and overages.
  • Audit the process, including paper flow errors, and identify inconsistencies that affect inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain the inventory areas by organizing and ensuring efficient material handling and storage.
