Job summary

MemorialCare Health System in Long Beach, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Inpatient unit on the Night shift (12 hours) to provide safe, cost-effective patient care within the nursing process. The role offers a $5,000 signing bonus for external hires meeting requirements.

The RN must have BSN or be waived by leadership, CA RN license, and BLS. Experience in pediatric or women's hospital settings is preferred; weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• BSN required unless waived by nurse executive council review.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required for all areas.
• Completion of unit orientation and clinical competency validation.
• 1 year pediatric and/or women's hospital experience preferred.
