ProMedica Health System in Toledo is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU G2 team on night shifts. You will lead patient-centered care, coordinating plans with patients, families and the care team, while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

As a ProMedica RN, you will assess and implement care plans, collaborate with nurses and support staff, and contribute to patient and staff satisfaction. This role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training; specialty certifications as required by units.
• Ohio RN must complete 24 hours of continuing education during licensure with 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Mansioni

• Coordinate patient care plans with patients, families and the health care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
