Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU G2 at Toledo Hospital. The role involves coordinating patient care, communicating with families and the health care team, and implementing and evaluating the care plan to improve patient outcomes.

As an RN, you will work with fellow nurses and staff to achieve care goals and contribute to a positive work environment. The position is full-time with night shifts in Toledo, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess, formulate nursing diagnoses, and plan, implement and evaluate care.
