Job summary

ProMedica Health System's Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the ICU G7 team during night shifts. You will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate plans of care with patients, families and the health care team, and participate in rounds and care plan evaluation.

The RN will assess needs, develop and implement nursing diagnoses, and collaborate with staff to achieve optimal outcomes. A state RN license and CPR are required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care with patient, families and health care team.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Interact with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and satisfaction.
