Job summary

ProMedica's NICU in Toledo, OH is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate plans of care with patients, families and the health care team, and ensure effective communication and informed decisions across the care team.

The role requires an active Ohio RN license, current CPR, and unit-specific certifications as needed. A BSN is preferred; ProMedica offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient’s plan of care with patients, families and health care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
• Work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Provide patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
