Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH, seeks an RN for the ICU to provide patient-centered care and coordinate the plan of care with patients, families and the health care team.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes. This is a full-time night shift position with 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (Ohio).
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by units.
• 24 contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of CE related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans with patients, families and health care team.
• Assess, diagnose and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to meet care goals.
