Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Toledo ICU team on a night shift. The RN will coordinate the patient’s care plan, assess and document nursing diagnoses, and implement evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians and staff.

The role requires an active nursing license in Ohio, current CPR certification, and commitment to continuing education. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Continuing education: 24 contact hours during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans with patients, families and health care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Maintain quality, safety and compliance with ProMedica policies.
