Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Ability to coordinate with technical, administrative, clinical, and academic stakeholders.
• Experience developing education and training programs for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of budgeting and grant proposal processes.
• Strong MS Office and general computer skills.
• Familiarity with research, simulation, and CME/MOC activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CASIT operations and surgical education programs.
• Develop education and training programs for UCLA, national, and international audiences.
• Expand the Surgical Education Technology Industry Affiliates Program focusing on emerging tech.
• Lead grant proposals and funding initiatives.
• Manage education budget, purchasing, equipment maintenance, and technical operations.
• Supervise simulation staff and coordinate volunteers.
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement of simulation-based education.
