Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA is seeking a Surgical Critical Care APP (NP/PA) to provide direct care for critically ill surgical patients in a Level 1 Trauma center with two SICUs/CTICU. You will manage ventilators, hemodynamics, resuscitation, ECMO, and vasopressors, and perform invasive lines or chest tube procedures as able.

The role rotates between SICU and CTICU and requires MA PA licensure, night/weekend shifts, and preferred 2+ years in CC, EM, or CT surgery with a CC

Qualifications

• MA PA license required.
• Must work nights & weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.
• Manage: Ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors/inotropes.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissibly by law.
