Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner for direct care of critically ill surgical patients in SICU/CTICU.

Responsibilities include managing ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, and vasopressors; rotating between SICU and CTICU; night and weekend shifts required. APP-friendly environment with personalized critical care training and paid CME/licensing.

Formación

• MA NP license required.
• Must work nights & weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship preferred.

Your Impact:

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.




• Manage: Ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors/inotropes.




• Perform procedures: Invasive lines, chest tubes (based on ability).




• Rotate between SICU & CTICU.

Qualifications:

• MA NP license required.




• Must work nights & weekends.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
