Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA seeks a Surgical Critical Care APP (NP/PA) to join our Level 1 Trauma Center team. You will provide direct care to critically ill surgical patients in SICU and CTICU, with opportunities to perform invasive procedures and participate in a multidisciplinary ICU.

The role requires MA PA license, willingness to work nights and weekends, and prefers 2+ years in Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery; Critical Care Fellowship is valued.

Qualifications

• Must work nights & weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.
• Manage ventilators, hemodynamics, vasopressors/inotropes, and ECMO as needed.
• Perform invasive procedures as able.
• Rotate between SICU and CTICU.

Your Impact:

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
