Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA is seeking a Surgical Critical Care APP (NP/PA) to provide direct care in the SICU/CTICU, joining a collaborative team of 12 APPs and 14 intensivists. The role involves managing ventilators, hemodynamics, resuscitation, ECMO, and vascular access, with opportunity for procedural work.

This APP-friendly institution offers personalized critical care training, paid CME and licensing, and experience with Epic.

Competenze

• MA PA license required.
• Must work nights and weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; CC Fellowship.

Mansioni

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissibly by law.
