Job summary

Society of Critical Care Medicine in Massachusetts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for night/weekend coverage in a high-acuity SICU/CTICU setting. You will care for critically ill surgical patients, manage ventilation and hemodynamics, and perform invasive procedures.

Ideal candidates hold an MA NP license, have CC/EM/CT surgery experience, and may have a CC fellowship. Paid CME/licensing are offered; Epic EMR is used; rotate between SICU/CTICU in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MA NP license required.
• Must work nights & weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.
• Manage ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors/inotropes.
• Perform invasive lines and chest tubes (based on ability).
• Rotate between SICU & CTICU.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
