Burlington, MA-based Surgical Critical Care APP (NP/PA) role with Beth Israel Lahey Health. Direct care for critically ill surgical patients in a Level 1 trauma center setting, with responsibilities spanning ventilator management, hemodynamics, ECMO, and vasopressor support.

Position requires MA PA license and night/weekend coverage; 2+ years in CC, EM, or CT surgery preferred. Epic EMR is used for documentation, with paid CME/licensing and a collaborative team of APPs and intensivists.

Mansioni

• Two 12-bed Surgical ICUs (SICU & CTICU)
• Collaborative team: 12 APPs, 14 Intensivists, Residents

Your Impact:

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.
• Manage: Ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors/inotropes.
• Perform procedures: Invasive lines, chest tubes (based on ability).
• Rotate between SICU & CTICU.

Qualifications:

• MA PA license required.
• Must work nights & weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship.

Pay Range:

$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissibly by law.
