Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Surgical Coordinator for our Boca Raton office. This full-time role focuses on scheduling medical and facial cosmetic procedures, coordinating with physicians and hospitals, and ensuring smooth patient flow from consent to post-op follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of cosmetic/medical surgical scheduling experience, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR systems. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience scheduling cosmetic and medical surgical procedures.
• Clinical experience is a plus.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple items.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and surgery inquiries.
• Counsel patients under manager/surgeon guidance.
• Verify surgical benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Schedule procedures at credentialed centers and hospitals.
• Keep patients updated on surgery status and deposits.
• Ensure pre-op and post-op instructions are communicated.
