Serve as a scheduling contact for patients to ensure timelines stay on track.
Communicate with imaging centers to align appointments with surgical planning timelines.
Maintain accurate patient records in Salesforce and other systems.
Collaborate with teams to resolve scheduling issues.
Assist patients with navigating scheduling logistics and payment processes.
Identify scheduling bottlenecks and provide feedback to improve workflows.
