Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role involves day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays, caring for patients in a fast-paced inpatient unit.

You will provide professional nursing care under policy and act guidelines, assess and monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing is required/preferred.
• 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• Illinois RN license and CPR certification from AHA or BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks and work as part of a care team.
