Job summary

Endeavor Health, Edward Main Hospital in Naperville, seeks an RN for the Ortho/Spine Unit. Per diem position, days 7:00am–7:30pm with rotating weekends/holidays. Requires 1+ year inpatient RN experience and IL RN licensure, plus ADN with BSN within five years; BSN preferred. CPR certification required.

You will provide professional nursing care, assess and monitor patients, and collaborate within a care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Associate Degree in Nursing with plan to obtain BSN within five years if highest degree is ADN.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient conditions, plans and evaluates care, delegates tasks as appropriate.
• Works as a team member to meet unit goals; duties vary by shift.
